"Yet, He Came"

Though Christ was not born in the Inn,

because there was no room for Him;

And though while His ministry spread,

He found no room to lay his head;

Yet, He came! O Emanuel came!

Teaching us that His Father’s house is a great place,

with plenty of rooms prepared by Him with grace;

Rooms for us to enjoy Him and escape danger,

though He Himself was born in a manger;
